The problem is brands like OPPO, Vivo, RealMe, LG, Sony, Huawei, Honor provide pathetic after sales service and support. E-Retailers like Flipkart are downright unethical and the consumers are not supported like in the West. You buy their handsets cheap and if they have any problem, just burn it using petrol. I was looking at these brands, mostly Chinese brands for the amazing specs but if I put in any kind of money, the least I expect is better after sales experience.
