AnonD-11526, 26 Apr 2012I'd rather take an entry level DSLR than PureView.yup and place that DSLR in your pocket.
I want WP8 (Apollo)+polycarbonate chassis+dual/quad-core+PureView!
WP8 is supposed to allow for multicore processors and a better Camera API so it's all possible. Maybe in 2013
AnonD-11526, 26 Apr 2012I'd rather take an entry level DSLR than PureView.its the same thing, its just that the 808 is a proper smartphone, with amazing imaging capabilities. Its a winner ..
AnonD-50763, 26 Apr 2012Iphone 4s has much better photos. Are you insane? Have you ever captured pictures with iphone? you are comparing 5mp or 8mp camera with 38mp camera. And Nokia have best camera technology.
This is really good result. I don't think this technology is coming to wp (atleast not in near future).
Symbian is not a bad OS. Cool UI and customization but lacks new apps and games. So If you buy this phone you are losing NEW hd games and come cool apps.
Still this goes in my wish list :P. When is it releasing?
I love these photos they look amazing. I have the nokia N8 now and im patiently waiting until nokia releases it. hopefully a US vendor will get them in stock after it's released. Nokia 808 Pureview will be my phone and camera can't wait to get it.
I've never seen another company bitch slap the competition like Nokia did with this technology.. its simply years ahead. Its amazing.. every time.
wow, nokia should start making pro cameras. Image quality of these photos is much better than my Nikon D300 produces :D
Much nicer to see something like this than yet another Galaxy III rumor and lawsuit stuff.
well got to give it to nokia. this is a awesome phone. a true camera phone. the quality is stunning. i mean im blown away at lumia 800. thats amazing. but this is breath taking i would love to get my hands on one just to do some pictures.
well done nokia.
AnonD-50763, 26 Apr 2012Iphone 4s has much better photos. You really need to move on, mate. Consult a professional, this phone's samples are miles ahead of the iPhone 4S's. Look at that detail, buddy, even though Apple created a great phone, it can't match the PureView's camera in a million years.
