The design is very impressive but the price is way too expensive. As an average consumer I can buy two good phones with that money. This is only economical consideration. I will think twice to buy this Sony 1 II. I don't know, maybe Bill Gates will buy 10 and give it one to me, hahaha.

About Gorilla Glass: there are plenty of people who don't want to cover their phones in glass protectors or cases.
Only real test will say. Closest example here is Xperia 5: with tiny battery it exceeds competitors with much bigger battery capacity. So numbers are not everything.

L4 is better in subtle ways like quality of materials, USB-C instead of micro-USB, later generation Gorilla Glass or fast charging with PD.
Man you are funny. Nowdays most phones have USB-C even the lowest of the low. Like Redmi 8 for 140 bucks. It have 5000 mAh and offers fast charging.
The Gorrila Glass 3 or 6 doesnt matter as long as you have a panzer glass protection on it the GG gets useless and pricey. Because from Alliexpress wish site or any other i can buy even 10 or more for maybe 5 bucks or less.
So its all about specs. There is nothing like better brand because from better brand you wont squeeze more juice.
If you have 100% orange juice and nothing else in brand doesnt matter because you get same liqid for different price depends on brand name.
