I think Nokia and Sony should be partnered
On the topic of Optics, what ever happened to Schneider Kreuznach optics saw them on LG sets not sure of a partnership between them.
Programmer, 27 Feb 2020Look at the comment that i did replied first before you comment. No, you are the one with invalid comments, not me.
Sony partnered with Zeiss long before Nokia. Nokia excluding 808 would be a shame to put Zeiss in front while having such lame color rendering and processing in its lineup starting with its Java phones. Sony did better without naming Zeiss.
wow the war between china and japan.
HongMD vs Sony
Programmer, 26 Feb 2020Being a programmer your comment is invalid. Very funny. I have a friend who is working as a full-time Android programmer, but even admitted that developing app for iOS and Windows is so much easier than Android.

Instead, I'll look at YouTubers or web reviews. Sites like All About Windows Phone or All About Symbian and channels like RevAtlas and WillitbeatNokia? is worth checking.

Anonymous, 25 Feb 2020Same with sony and leica for HuaweiYou do realise that no lens manufacturer is making glass lenses for mobile phones right .... They are made up of mainly plastic elements usually about 86-8 elements with usually one out of the 8 used being glass
However Leica do work closely with Huawei in a research center built in Germany especially for the two teams to collaborate together
They might not be making high end glass lenses for phone manufacturers but in Huawei case there is certainly a lot more than marketing for example Huawei and Leica reinvented the traditional rygb sensor for a ryyb which was co engineered in Germany and then sent to Sony to be built

Samsung are the worst, only their mainstream phones are acceptable. Remember the Grand Prime and the Core Prime, those were bad enough, you couldn't tell what price range they were from just from the name. Also, rebranding is quite stupid. https://www.gsmarena.com/samsung_launches_galaxy_jean_a_rebranded_galaxy_a6_2018-news-32097.php
Holy, 25 Feb 2020I think Nokia never use the Zeiss lens, it only use Zeiss name. Well, stop thinking.
