Creases: Within about a day of use, the phone has developed two creases above and below the fold (see image above), where the display caves in as you begin to close it. Once they are there, they’ll never go away, so that’s just something owners will have to deal with.
Clicking noise gap behind display: On the lower portion of the display, there must be a gap between the display and the body of the phone. Tapping on it, typing, or general swiping around will remind you constantly that it’s there because it gives in or makes a clicking noise. It’s quite obnoxious and makes the phone feel cheap. To know what I mean, jump to the most recent DL Show at the 20:53 mark and you’ll see and hear me demonstrate this.

I actually prefer the Moto hinge over Sammy one. The Moto solution gives it a creaseless look, while on the other hand, the Sammy one has a rather prominent crease in-between.
Both hinge designs are up for enormous improvements though. They're not very good in the current state.

I've seen a documentary about a plane crash caused by a single, small missing washer. Mind you, it was a popular model too.
Just saying that because the size of a part does not equal its reliability. If they used high quality metal that is...

🤣, 27 Feb 2020So have much r & d did Samsung pay for that hinge design compared to moto.That's why Samsung's hinge design not only feels more durable but is in fact more durable than Moto's. The top and the bottom portions of Razr are held together by 2 very small metal plate each of which has 2 tiny pins sticking out, and that should make it a lot more fragile than Fold with its gigantic gear-and-lock folding mechanism.
