ZxZ, 28 Feb 2020The Huawei rep told me he can download all google apps for me if i buy a Huawei phone. When i ... morethats pure lies ... there is no virus or no malware ... huawei are pushing out android security updates but they are a bit slower due to the google ban .... huawei are pushing firmware updates ... google store security works as do store updates ... huawei phones come with avast malware protection built into their firmwares ... i know this because i use a mate 30 pro with google services everyday lol

perhaps you want to try and post some different lies?

Does 40W, and higher, charging have any adverse impact on battery life?

Niktekkie, 28 Feb 2020Huawei P40 lite with 40W charging and the flagship P40 with 22,5W? Something's wrong hereDoesn't matter. I would rather object the presence of GMS as most apps (banking apps, streaming services such as Netflix/Amazon prime, and select games) require GMS. It's possible to sideload GMS (TradingShenzhen has a guide to do so) but you can't count on it. Its 10-core Mali G76 GPU in the P30 was underpowered for demanding games, but Samsung S10 and Note 10 Exynos with additional 2 cores also rendered useless as well.

Otherwise the P30 was an amazing phone, it certainly beat the S10 or iPhone XS in every way if I didn't account for display or chipset. Just look at the cameras, it was exemplary.

If P40 had GMS then the P40 will sell like hotcakes across the globe. I wish President Tramp thinks his decision to limit trade with Huawei. Data harvesting is not an issue if Google actually is the worst offender in this respect.

R.i.p. Samsung, more power for Huawei.

                            1. Get GMS back.
                            2. Keep the great prices:600/800/1000 euro for all versions. Than Huawei îs Global again.
