I got the Buds plus but only one is working and the lift one is not even charging and when I contacted Samsung they keep on hanging up on me. anyone else having the same problem with their Buds +?
I think the bud+ are great. I used to build up my own computers, and friends always asked, which computer you suggest to be the the best for me? And always said depends the use you are going to give her. If you are going to be in you tube, internet, and a few letters even all the office things, any one decent will do, but if you go on graphics and games, there is a huge difference. The same will be with all the earphones, is depend what you do with them. I'm not in the music all day, but I need good receptions in my calls, and there was a big jump on this on the bud + that the ones before people could understand what I was saying. I here a music once in a while, but for calls is what I need them. I think they did a pretty good job on the +. But is what I said I do not need an strong bass on them. And always you have to choose, for what you want them.
If Buds+ indeed has more bass than Buds, i seriously wonder how less it can be. I found even Buds+ to be lacking in bass in Normal mode. Though changing EQ to dynamic mode changed things lot better. Whoever buys Buds+, just open Galaxy Wearable app and turn the EQ knob to dynamic mode immediately after initial setup. Normal mode is flat and boring for most people.
People use their headsets for 11 hours , I'm one who does at work from 8 to 5 for calls and music never leaves my head unless it's not an online meeting. In the weekend if I'm alone I could go the whole day. Don't assume. That's why big headsets like the song and Boss are great , let alone the quality of the sound

Or at least he could have skipped all the drama (“leaving with the same flaws for 12 months”). Nobody forced him to keep on using the same flawed product. There are good, quality, true wireless (if that’s his poison) brands out there who fit in the same budget.

Huawei buds are still best

AnonD-762416, 02 Mar 2020It has been pointed out to the writer a lot. He mostly responds by deleting those complaints. Bass is pretty low, even with dynamic EQ in the wearable app. You can hear or feel the bass at 70% volume. My wired headphones for example need only like 30% volume to produce good bass. In this regard they really lack bass.

Very nice article.
The Samsung is making of us quality testers. They introduce a new feature, advertise it as a perfect solution, charge like for premium product and then major functions are not working, (they promise to fix it in next models). I am tired of that.
