The larger sized phones, like anything with a 6" or larger screen may take some getting used to operate with one hand, maybe even considered two handed devices for some but fitting them into a pants pocket is no problem.

I think its a clever move on Microsoft's part but according to ANOTHER source they could launch it around April-May ish timeframe which would be really good for the SD855s image in our minds and the race against 5G.

Which is why there aren't enough software tweaks to take advantage of it. The Surface Duo has been designed to be a dual screen experience first, and will be more focused on improving productivity than the V60 does
