It is only Canada that is screwed over. We ALWAYS get screwed by the big three in Canada (Bell, Rogers and Telus). I can almost put good money on them delaying to when they did because it is AFTER the launch of the new S20 series.

My unlocked Note9 (SM-9600) received Android 10 with One UI 2.0 the first week of this month. And where I live, it's a pain waiting for carriers to update their phones.
