While the physical pop-up gaming triggers is definitely exclusive to the Pro variant, to be honest I do think the FHD+ screen resolution on the non-Pro variant is more than good enough. After all when it comes to gaming, high refresh rate matters the most.

MrPhone, 04 Mar 2020A properly calibrated OLED like certain iPhones, gaming phones, newest flagship Samsungs, and ... moreBurn-in is an issue characteristic to OLED panels, as in, that's the nature of the technology, so that can't be avoided. Reduced to an extent yes, completely removed, no.

MrPhone, 04 Mar 2020Partially wrong. It depends what game you play. iPhone already supports the use of PS4/X... moreLol you don't even know the difference between controller and emulator.
                Those are two different things.

And yeah, I said Exynos might churn out 40fps instead of 60fps on some other chipset since that emulator might not be optimized for Exynos. Nobody talked about Exynos being capped at 40fps.

                  ``supports blazing-fast 65W charging``
and your battery after year will behave like it have 3-4... so basically you will lose all juice after half a day...

Anonymous, 04 Mar 2020It's always the 60hz brigade who never used 120hz on smartphone complaining about higher refre... moreLol, anything from seeing 24fps or 30fps will look buttery smooth if you move to 60 or above. But if you move from 60fps to 120fps there is absolutely no difference, your eyes physically cannot distinguish extra frames beyond 60fps, it is simple trick used by marketing to show you something in lower fps and show suddenly something in very high fps, which make you beleive you seeing 120h smoothness. Most UI elements never run constantly 60fps on screen or scrollong or whatever even on devices with 60hz screen for power efficiency. Thats why you think if you switch to 120hz it is smoother, but technically what you see is constant content running beyond 60hz frame. Thats why battery dies quickly and you think it runs smoother but not, it just constantly run on that fps. So technically if you have device which constantly runs everyrying on 60fps, you will never see difference between 60 or 120. Like playing games on PC try to run on 60fps older title and same title on 120fps. No differemce. Obvioisly some people claim that they see difference, but it is just playing stupid and tricking your mind. Next time before making stuoid comments please educate yourself, thank you :)

Anonymous, 04 Mar 2020Is there a micro sd card slot? Why did they always leave something out.Unfortunately, Xiaomi has never liked the micro SD card slot and it's stupid because they shove dual SIM down our throats as if everyone uses that (don't get me wrong; plenty of people do but plenty of people don't). That's why if it were at least a hybrid, that would be fine. Heck, even if it can read Huawei's Nano memory card, I'd reluctantly be ok with that just to have that expanded memory. It's not like the Pro has different hard drive options...

As a gamer with a gaming phone. Recently upgraded from a traditional conventional handset. I can tell you hands down...

A gaming phone is by far superior than a conventional handset. In a multitude of ways.

Way better than any iPhone 11 and 12 due to there conventional handset methodology.
