Anonymous, 08 Mar 2020V series is a low-range phones that cant handle android10Vivo V15 = S1
Vivo V15 Pro = S1 Pro
Vivo Z1 Pro = Vivo Z5x
Vivo V11 (V11 Pro) = Vivo X21s
Vivo V11i (V11) = Vivo Z3i
The entire V11, V15 and V17 range along with Z1 series is eligible for upgrade. I only have doubt for V11 series. Update is confirmed for V15 and V17.
MagicMonkeyBoy, 07 Mar 2020Vivo is getting its act together now... V series is a low-range phones that cant handle android10
MagicMonkeyBoy, 07 Mar 2020Vivo is getting its act together now... Note that these are mostly China only models as they’re not really readily available globally.
potato4k, 07 Mar 2020V series is not their flagship lineup, so won’t get OS upgrades.Plus vivo has different series name depending on the countries (same with huawei). This makes developing software and distribute them much harder
AnonD-804996, 07 Mar 2020That's really Android's problem, not Vivo. Whole ecosystem is total garbage.Nope, Manufacturers like Sony, google and samsung give users routine security updates (and software). Whether you'll get update or not is depending on manufacturers. Please learn the truth Before writing hate comment :)
Luthfor, 07 Mar 2020Where is V series? V15, V17 Pro?.? Ridiculous V series is not their flagship lineup, so won’t get OS upgrades.

That's why I hate vivo, too slow updates and very limited phones, in addition to their rubbish cameras.
Hmm, so no chance for us international folks to sign up for the update... That's bogus.
waste company. never buy vivo phone. last year purchased vivo v15 pro. camera and performance is decent but software update is not regular. no security patch and os update. this is my last vivo phone.
