Its shit with lcd even 3a had amold
How does the fingerprint reader on the back suggest it's moved to an LCD display? Happy regardless, LCDs are great.
A square bump for a single camera looks like it is faking being something that it is not.
It appears cheap and dishonest.
Like every google phone before i assume it wil have tiny battery low ram compared to cometition slower charging and below average durability.
Also the look of the phone will be quint.
Huge square camera bump just for a single camera? LOL. Google just keep wanting to be an iPhone wannabee.
Anonymous, 10 Mar 2020One camera lens and it needs such a large bump around it. What a joke.Design reuse.
Why bother with a new design when the old one works just fine.
Stephen, 10 Mar 2020"Notice that the fingerprint reader has returned to the back, which suggests that the Pixel 4a... moreExactly. A rear fingerprint sensor is cheaper than an under display one. It does not tell us what kind of screen the phone uses. As for the 5G chipset, that isn't confirmed for the 4a either, it could be using a 730 instead. Honestly, GSMArenas reporting should be better than this
Leave it to Google to make the most retarded looking camera bump.
Such ugly, 'ugly' "Ugly" UGLY!!! design.
One camera lens and it needs such a large bump around it. What a joke.
ugly as hell
"Notice that the fingerprint reader has returned to the back, which suggests that the Pixel 4a will use an LCD screen."
Nothing about the fingerprint sensor on the back insinuates an LCD screen. The Pixel 3a had an OLED display, so it's more likely the 4a will continue that trend.
Google phones is not designed for normal user use.
Its good for testing, rooting and modding thou. Easy to unlock bootloader, easy to root, early os access. 4a just like the 3a, good for tinkering without breaking your bank. Stay far far away from the standard or XL.. totally non worth phones.. better with a oneplus instead.
Looks fine, until Google decides to slap on a less than desired battery capacity on the phone.
The front looks decent to me, but what's with that rear camera design? A 2x2 array design, and yet only has one camera? What on Earth Google is smoking?!
Peachy001, 10 Mar 2020Design wise, it has a durable back, which beats the glass laden rubbish that "premium" devices... moreFind X2 pro with leather back isn't glass, and the frame is also pretty solid and durable along with being waterproof.
Anonymous, 09 Mar 2020Rear fingerprint scanner is the best and most optimal choice.Yeah, for cheap low-end/mid-range smartphones lol.
Attacker99, 09 Mar 2020OMG....very very very disappointing desain...cheap looks like candybar handphone ðŸ&curre... moreDesign wise, it has a durable back, which beats the glass laden rubbish that "premium" devices have. And some of the overly shiny tat is just tacky.
