Why send it back? No local shops in your area to repair Samsung phones?
As it is you don't have warranty, so if third party repair is done, no issue of voiding warranty or having it sent back to retailer.
Anonymous, 13 Mar 2020Hey, you can get any Samsung phone repaired at any Samsung service Centre around the world.

Bought a tablet from HK, it stopped working UK service centre refused to repair it as it was an import. It was cheaper in the end to buy a second one second hand than to send it back and get it repaired or replaced.
And as yet another anonymous poster, your opinions are irrelevant.

Stop spreading lies. Without warranty in your country, you'll just have to pay for the repairing charges. But you will get it repaired if anything happens to the device, irrespective of the chipset inside.

I have Android phones from 5 plus years back which don't run latest version of the OS but operate pretty good without any slowdowns or bugs.

Samsung is just a company that manufactured and produce bunch of phones in a year. They never stood by their product in terms of updates. It takes them forever to update a single phone to the next Android. I think consumers should boycott Samsung for another reliable manufacturer.

It has poor battery life (Exynos 990) got it in Cosmic Grey and I am returning it (5G model)
As much as I want the compactness and the front end of this Samsung S20, there’s no physical dual aperture anymore on the main camera and the back end is so generic - like what you typically see on their Chinese peers. Will be waiting for it’s main competition, the Sony Xperia 5 II and iPhone 12 Pro
Maybe not the best flagship, but considering not many flagship with this compact size, i think s20 become my first option & after few day use it, not regret at all (upgrde from s8)
marclee37, 13 Mar 2020it is not a TRUE zooming lens? no wonder there is no focal length info shown in the spec page.... moreIt must be about 28-30mm.
They put it there just to say phone does 8K.
According to what I read on a photography site, when you zoom in 3x with this camera, it will give you photo of 7MP.
