It's simple, they copy a feature/design of Android manufacturer and make it trend in industry. If you look carefully, they are always late.

Just as there are only so many designs that make sense for a traditional watch (circle or square? latched band or notched band?) the same applies for smart watches.

Trump shall stop sale of Oppo Watch. Because it will hurt Apple Watch sales just like Huawei did to Iphone and Huawei became 2nd biggest manufacturer in the world. Someone stop Oppo either with national security or spying card.
