This method isn't working anymore. I'm using P40 Lite JNY-LX1 variant and even after I add the Google Services Framework ID on Google Device Registration page the phone still throws the error that my phone isn't Google Play Protect certified. If only Huawei permitted to unlock the bootloader would have made it possible to install Google and co. using Open Gapps or similar...

No, it did not work for Huawei P40 Lite, Plus I can't find the way how to uninstall mychat now. Seems like kind of bug and i have doubt if anyways it works, it will compromise my data. so I am returning the phone..
