Almost one every week, for six months and it still doesn't sync with work email servers, still has memory issues and lots of other known problems.
This is what a responsible manufacturer do. Fix issues as fast as possible. If you hate it, buy an Oppo and you'll get a phone that never is annoyed with bug fixes or updates.

Samsung is always shipping their phones with unpolished software. Always issues with the cameras and fingerprint sensor at launch and weeks after. Even Apple delivers a better out-of-the-box experience.

I pre-ordered an Ultra, received it on March 10th (Romania, if that makes a difference) and as soon as I set it up, I got the March Security Update and the Camera Update Bundle. The AF is only spotty for the Tele camera and only in low light conditions. I do however have some connectivity, with the BT connection being spotty - it randomly looses connectivity to my Gear S3 and my car's BT system. Everything else works like a charm. Hope this helps! :)

because they wanted to be the first to launch their phones so they rushed everthing and come up with some half baked phones with a price tag that makes your face drop
before they fix these with a S/U many people will return their phones back
i feel sorry esp for the s20 ultra - am glad i changed my mind last minute and went for s20+

I can't remember the last time that a high end phone had so many issues like these on release. Even their last year's Galaxy flagships, which are ranked among the weakest performers (the Exynos variants), were much better than this.

How can a 1400 $ phone have that many issues ?
I know this happens a lot these days, but this phone has way more problems then any other phone in the same price range.

I was in the gym the other day and saw a couple of other guys with the same phone, i actually thought they took mine - we all have the same transparent silicon cover from the box.
Official release date was march 6th, however, the ultra stocks were made available in uae 5 days ago (12th) although the s20 and s20+ model was available week around 3rd or 4th March.
