There are much better phones for 95euro than Nokia 1.3, but perhaps it will be available only in the markets where they won't be available.

Not bad. If Samsung can release a51 with 9611 which is the same like 665 for 300€,than Nokia also can for 190€. Also 1.3 for 90€ is great choice for second phone with new sd 215 which is 64bit chipset, specially created for phones with android go version.

hd resolution.... how much will full hd cost more? 5 euros?
with this type of decision nokia will be gone in 2 years. it is already on the way out.
