Now, if you update many other components, then phone price will increase $150, $200 or $300 more.

What LG should have done ...
- V60: Add 78mm 12MP, put pen with many functions like Samsung does, only 5G variant.
- G9: 6.3" screen, 52mm 12MP, keep QHD, 4G only, 48MP quadbayer (no 8K video), 8MP selfie with 1080@60.
That would be enough to lower price and to keep it way cheaper than S20.
Too late now.

No 5g is not adding to the cost if realme can price its flagship 865 phone at 500/600

First they downgraded the V60 (compared to V50), and now they're downgrading the G9...
The worst part is the pricing. $705 with those specs isn't gonna get them a boatload of buyers...
