        The cameras won't be any better than previous cameras.
        Still sh*tty 12 MP lenses. Image quality won't be any different.

            All sensors are Sony's design, the other two are secondary and just for costs issues made under same *Name*. Indeed a poor choice from Sony but they had for many years chip *partnering* with this... Still in no other way to have same quality and performance for Xperia like that *garbage can collecting tech from all great makers*. Take that *Lame* 1II k.o.'s U!

                        Even as an Xperia (and many of their other products) owner and user, I find it really funny how bad they can make so many aspects of their devices.
                        This one mostly looks as a solid concept, so not many things to laugh at.

I get to stream 4K in 21:9 movies on it. I agree it could use more brightness, however, the Xperia 1 packed really small capacity battery and as a result, Sony reduced the brightness always, the brightness kicks in only when you're watching videos and pictures.

                                    And I think Sony makes sensor for Samsung based on Samsung's design.
                                    No proof on this but logic suggest that.

I have requested GSMARENA a lot for revealing the sensor model while reviewing. Looks like they took that in mind or they are starting to mention sensor model anyway.
