I think S20 ultra better than iphone 11 pro and other phones. By the way, It's very informational and I have gotten perfect idea from it.
AnonD-732843, 28 Mar 2020Winner in some categories is what you mean.Well some but in this case most.
Which in total means best.

Read my previous comment, S20 series has "the best stabilization" on the market, not "one of the best".
IPhone has one of the best stabilizations on the market but not the best.
How conveniently you ignored the extremely wobbly footage while running in daytime.
Great camera. I don't think the Night Mode for the main camera is working correctly. No point in having a worst image than normal shots. Might need a software update.
Also, S20 Ultra's 5x zoom doesn't look 5x. Maybe get a 125mm lens to if it is actually 5x or 4x.
Anonymous, 28 Mar 2020Your hatred for S20 series is evident.
Note 10+ had the best stabilization on the market l... moreAs an owner of both Leica & Fujifilm actual camera, lets just say the image processing used by Samsung are not my preferences, especially on its detail that has a lot of oversharpening & harsh NR involved, causing the oil-painting & plasticky looks. I can vouch for their AF (except S20 Ultra) & DR, but not more than that.
And no, best in balance video stabilization still in Iphone. Android phone still using harsh EIS that causing micro jitters, especially in low lights.
All those list I made are my preferences based on my observation, why it must be the same as you? I've got my own reason & style. To each its own.

IPhone already failed against galaxy Note 10 in the finals in stabilization test last year. Plenty of people over the Internet have verified it.
Compare it to S20+ then if you don't want focus hunting issues.
S20 footage is completely stable during running, while iPhone is oscillating between two ends.
IPhone doesn't even have a super steady 2.0 mode.
S10 lite has it at 4k.
So with an update Samsung will do it at 4k too.
CptPower, 28 Mar 2020Well results are very Simple new P40 pro is the winner and rest barely catch up. Winner in some categories is what you mean.

In this video microjitter is most well controlled on iPhone 11 Pro. S20 Ultra's footage is decent but not quite as good as iPhone and also pretty shaky partially due to focus hunting, whereas P40 Pro chooses higher exposure for the scene which results in more blown highlights and exaggerated jitters.

Note 10+ had the best stabilization on the market last year, iPhone got 2nd place. This year Sammy has upped their game and given us even better stabilization.
Xperia 1 images can't match the sharp 27MP images on Mi 10 Pro in daylight. Neither is the dynamic range as good as the MI 10 Pro. Besides Xperia 1 images are best obtained through pro mode. The images through auto mode are a huge improvement over previous Z series but still lagging behind slightly compared to other flagships.
Xperia 1 isn't as color accurate as Find X2 Pro.
Find X2 pro autofocus is better than S20+

Tests have already been done between Mate 30 pro, iPhone 11 pro Max, galaxy Note 10.

All android phone has that harsh EIS that cause micro jitters & cropped visual. Maybe others dont sees it, but i do. Iphone stability eliminate those things, with superior hardware OIS.
What I mean in low light are on Auto Mod. P30, Mate 30 & P40 surpassing others on that area (S20 comes close). On Night Mod definitely Pixel & Iphone. But All those 3 Huawei mentioned above, can surpass Pixel & Iphone Night Mod just by using Auto, especially in extremely low light situation.
