From the photo quality, it makes no sense buying a $1000+ android phone when the iPhone camera, functionality, processor speed and and build quality are comparable to the best android.
The only reason to buy a $1000+ android phone is if you are a tech nerd and can pay for a new one every 2 years without sweating, a gaming phone, jack, notch phobia, or the manufacturer gives 5 years security update.
Premium android phones now are not worth their money except for xiaomi and one plus etc. You are better of with a $200-400 midrange android.
$1400/5 vs $1400 x 2.5. The difference is clear, except you are a fanboy

Can't believe you guys didn't mention that the white balance tends to yellow in the daylight shots from the main camera. It's quite evident.

Lol, P40 Pro v S20 ultra was an unfair comparison. The P40 Pro is priced the same as S20+ so the S20+ is its direct competitor. P40 Pro wipes the floor with S20+ and the P40 premium will wipe the floor with the S20 ultra.

It would have been interesting to see a comparison with the S20 Ultra at 250mm because sometimes the S20 Ultra can capture slightly more details at 250mm than at 103mm.
