Silly pricing. They probably don't have the supply and are using it to constrain sales while they ramp up. Expect it to be a third off within three months...
But for now, Samsung or Apple are the clear choices.

For me the price is a bit steep. The price for OnePlus 7T right now without any contract is 500 euros in my country. 5G I think is still couple of years away so its not something super needed. In other departments I don't think that this will exel. Add the majour inconvinience of the curved screen and this is a total no deal at 800 Euros. Probably after half a year when it becomes much cheaper(as chinese brands always do) it will be a good choice but now at this price point - surely no

Wow, there goes cheap Xiaomi, it too only 5 years to sell their phones same price as Samsung, Apple etc. There's no way that I would buy it for 1000Eur, especially when they sell excatly the same phone in China for at least 30% cheaper. It's a shame, since I was really looking forward to it and it actuallys looks like a solid phone.
