Just like all variants with 100's naming scheme; think 710, 821, 835, 855, 865 etc. Oneplus ain't gonna go cheapskate Mediatek for a long while, till they much better.

MYTH, 31 Mar 2020That size would be awesome, but why do you declare a phone with an SD865 "midrange"? They didn't say SD865 as midrange. The Mediatek chipset used in Oneplus 8 lite will be a midrange chipset. We cannot expect a budget flagship like Poco F1.
