From qualcomm alone theres 865, 855, from kirin 990, 980, 820 . Exynos 990 may suck but even thats better. Even mediatek has dimensity 1000 and 1000l, both better than this. Dont know about exynos 980 but it should be close. Not to mention these are not just better in performance but also efficiency. Its like 8th or 9th if you take just android chips. Even a 765 is a better choice. Its good for 299$ but thats all. You can get mi9t pro for 320$ but probably not available in the U.S.

AnonD-833125, 02 Apr 2020Doubt will get Android 11. Do you have any official information about this?One plus supports every device for atleast 2 years. My old 3T went from running 6.0 all the way 9.0. So 6T is definitely getting Android 11 and the 7/7T series will definitely get Android 12.
Too big for my liking but it's a pretty good deal. Personally I don't care too much about the lack of updates, I mean if they released XZ2 compact for around 250$ I'd totally grab it, updates or no updates

I am better off with a mid-range new model from late 2019 or early 2020. Same price, latest Android, software updates until late 2021, maybe even 2022.
