[deleted post]Apple Card is a credit service operated by Apple. It is separate from Apple Pay+Samsung Pay+Google Pay, which are all a platform to use various credit and debit cards from third parties.

Samsung can't do that because Samsung does not operate a credit service of their own. Likewise, Apple cannot defer payments made on third party credit cards.
