SkaAndroid, 05 Apr 2020Who keeps a phone for 4 or 5 years. Last year apple admitted to throttle iphones performance.Some people use their phones for 4/5 years. For example in third world countries there are no upgrade plans from carriers so one has to pay all the amount for phones in one go. Also, elders and the not so tech savy people use their phones for 4/5 years. Even me, I've used my first android phone Xperia S for 5 years. Situations vary a lot depending on the services the carrier provide.

There is one minor change (or major change, depending on your perspective) that no one has mentioned so far: Dark mode's "black" is no longer AMOLED black. It's just a really dark grey.
It's not a deal-breaker but I can now clearly see the camera cutout on my Note 10+ when I bring down the notification shade or when I'm in the settings.

Chris , 06 Apr 2020Ok fan boy.. What does this have to do with fanboyism. I have a Note 10+ and an iPhone XS. A phone from each side (keep in mind the android one being better overall). You're the only fanboy here.

Just made the update today on my Exynos S10+. Already found 2 bugs in the camera App. Some green artifacts on half the screen when focusing in the PRO VIDEO mode. Doesn't seem to affect the vide, it's just in rendering on the display. The other issue I found was with zooming to 2x in Night mode. Simply doesn't work shrink. yet the photo looks OK. Still it seems to be using the default camera and to crop. Reported both issues and looking forth for a fix. It happens.

This pathetic update removes hold to focus option from camera and puts 2 more bloat from smasung. Also halfy resets the keyboard and adds a useless panel to it. Time to adb a few bloats again .... not gonna stick to this camera app, already loaded with many useless functions

I am in Europe, unlocked Note 10+ and still haven't recieved OneUI 2 1, Android 10 took a while too before I got it. Software support from Samsung is still sh*t. This is one of the many reasons why I love my iPhone XS.

Isn't this update an obvious one? Considering that S10 and Note 10 was launched just one year ago. I really don't like the way Samsung or Android OEMs, in general, provide just 2 years of OS updates. Google should find a way to force Android OEMs to provide at least 4 years of OS updates. This is the main reason I moved to iOS.
