It's way better than what some Chinese manufacturers do - abandon and forget their phones altogether. Like most of Meizu and ZTE/Nubia.
I was just "wondering" that if they can, finally, fix it, they should've done that prior to releasing it.

Like me. I have the S20 Ultra and I did experience the autofocus issue. I recorded my child's school play and it was focusing alot during the recording. But I'm like, "Meh, I hope they get it fixed at some point." There are way more positives for me too that I really like the phone. I guess I'm not too picky and I just "deal with it".
camera-focused advertising, camera-focused updates, and still the camera in the Ultra can't focus properly. With that hefty price tag it is plain ridiculous, Find X2 Pro or P40 Pro/Pro+ are much more recommended at that price point
I'm happy to see Samsung constantly improving their cameras and all, but God if every update needs to include "camera performance improvements", then it does make me wonder why release a phone with so much unfinished software anyway?
A patchwork king.
AlexP, 07 Apr 2020That's why dxomark does do camera reviews on s20s Because they ask them not to !
Their camera sucks.
How I know that..
Unfortunately I own one..
It's shocking to see how many updates have already been released. It's of course good to bring out updates, but maybe, just maybe.... The S20 series was released too soon with inadequate software?
screenshot above didnt mention anything about camera improvements related..

The ultra camera is still g*arbage.
GSMArena, can you do a comparison between the snapdragon and exynos version of the s20 series?? Seems like the difference is very big in battery, performance and camera
