This design is outstanding for me. I joust hope it will have nice front side, without ugly notch or chin. That would be a dealbreaker for me.

Design is very clean and nice. Let see about camera quality, night mode, slow-mo, HDR10+, good internal storage options (128, 256 & 512GB), sufficient RAM and minimum 90 Hrz refreshing rate.

They should put a 1inch sensor as main camera.
If anyone can do it, it's LG.
They were the first to give a lot of unique hardware features on smartphones.

It looks fanatics.
I think LG can't do any worst than what they have been doing in the last couple of years. I miss the G2 Days.

😁, 09 Apr 2020LG needs to be given stock Android and own custom os should be discontinuedDont curse blindly on this regard. I recently started using LG UX (Just Oreo based) and Samsung One UI (Pie). Both are potentially good and you cant call it bad anyday apart from limited Home launcher options, icon packs and not so straightforward dark mode on LG. LG UX is better in some areas and One UI in some other. Both are very similar. Stock is good but these two are not far behind (I have used MIUI and custom stock ROMs before using these). Only thing LG need to improve is pushing android/security updates bit brishkly.

That phone was class and way ahead of its time.
Even the packaging was pure luxury and very memorable.

I really wish LG success with this new refreshment because LG is a brand that deserves more credit than what they get.

notafanboy, 09 Apr 2020wtf is the "Chocolate line"? What does Chocolate have to do with smartphones? Can someone explain??it was one of LG series and sold very well in the past. Got premium and minimalist design with dark/black theme, with candybar design even their dialpad has somewhat like chocolate bar rows, hence its called "chocolate" because its like a chunk bar of dark chocolate..
Another LG's famous series beside Chocolate series is LG shine, which is in contrast with chocolate, LG shine is mostly silver and glass (bright theme design) even using transparent glass for its dialpad, but their popularity isnt as good as chocolate series.
One of LG Chocolate series appeared in Ironman 1, where Rhodes (warmachine) using it, he uses LG Chocolate flip series in the scene where tony pursued by US jet fighters

Credit where due. The design is really clean, beautiful and refreshing.
Just wish it didn't curve on the front and has a mat back. Curve is too much glare and shiny back messy magnet.

prophone, 09 Apr 2020Hope LG does well and nails the pricingNail the design maybe, the camera setup probably no, but not sure. What is sure is that they'll not nail the price. XD That is too much for them.
