I definitely know about S Voice even though I never use it, but Hi Galaxy? I never heard of such service.

"Bixby" is too much of a mouthful to keep speaking, I prefer "Galaxy"- it's a lot easier to say.

When a company makes and assistant people expect it to be on par if not better than those assistants and if it is not they would disappear.

Hi Galaxy was still alive all these time?!! Wow. Bixby need improvements too to be on par with Google assistant. I find most of the problem for voice assistant is the latency. They are so slow. Natural speech flow is just not there.
