Jamas, 11 Apr 2020I read some where that mi 10 pro will be cheaper in India then OnePlus same Snapdragon better ... moreIf both prices are same I will choose One Plus anytime due the better software implementation of OnePlus.
I personally use a Poco F1 and I compared it to my friends One Plus 6. His phone is noticeably smoother even though hardware wise both are phones are very similar. However my phone was a lot cheaper. If the prices were the same I see no reason using a bloated software like MI when a polished Oxygen UI is available at the same price.
SAM BRAHMIN, 11 Apr 2020RIP ONEPLUS . SO LONG BROTHER. YOU CHOSE THE DARK SIDE !!!! on a serious note, why buy a 60,00... moreNote 10 is definitely similar but the Iphone 11 is a very different phone. Just compare the size of the notches of the two devices. The Iphone 11 has one of the biggest notches in the whole world. Yes face unlock is nice but so is the fingerprint scanner of the OnePlus.
And then don't even compare the screens of the two. Aside from the massive notch the Iphone has a LCD screen and a 60 Hz one at that while the One Plus has the latest 120 Hz 4k AMOLED screen. And lastly don't forget that the Iphone lacks the tele lens that the Pro model has.
Iphone is great only if you really like the ecosystem or are concerned by resale value. However feature wise the OnePlus 8 Pro is waay ahead of the Iphone 11
BestPhoneGuy, 11 Apr 2020They do have ip68 and wireless charging if you read the article, and what other phones offer t... moreOnly the Pro model that cost as much as or more than the Galaxy S20+ or the Huawei P40 Pro that also have those features plus a lot better cameras and also some more extra features than OnePlus. For example, in the P40 Pro, the expandable memory, IR recognition, the periscope camera, etc.
There is no proper Snapdragon flagship in India, except Oneplus.
Hence oneplus is making use of the oppurtunity
I read some where that mi 10 pro will be cheaper in India then OnePlus same Snapdragon better battery hhmm people will be jumping ships to mi 10
Think everyone is forgetting OnePlus is one of the phones that comes with Snapdragon in Europe and Asia Sammy has exynos which we have seen has problems compared to its Snapdragon version id stick with OnePlus Snapdragon over exynos anyday
Crazy pricing, you are not even getting a telephoto camera on the oneplus 8
L.O.R.D, 11 Apr 2020They've reached prices to almost the typical 2020 overpriced flagship level. I'd rather buy so... moreThey do have ip68 and wireless charging if you read the article, and what other phones offer the speed and the smoothness of the op7pro. Wait till the final specs are released at launched and then talk
Same Asian's clone designs from 2018, cheap raw materials/labor/QA (except for the US's components), no new OP innovation (UHD displays, camera's sensors/lens, OS features, etc.) but comes with a outrageous price, just like the other shady Chinese brands, and because of that extorted price that they all have forced on consumers, they are a Premium brand now?
Bahahahaha!
It is sooOOoo easy, to seperate a fool from its money!
They've reached prices to almost the typical 2020 overpriced flagship level. I'd rather buy something else than OnePlus, if these are the prices. Also they aren't true flagship phones, with the lack of IP68 and wireless charging, just acting like the top tier stuff. Adding just more cameras isn't going to justify the significant leap in prices, considering one can get a much capable phone at just around 300$ these days. Save your cash guys
OnePlus should not price their products this close that people actually consider an iPhone or a Galaxy. With Samsung still in the market with an Exynos and no other reliable brand in the market, Apple will have no competition from the Android world in the premium segment! Every other brand is focused on value for money and it is also now very clear that the business models of all these is not sustainable. OnePlus has to price their products like this to sustain but, why will someone consider them as competition to Apple or Samsung? It's a different story when it comes to them playing second fiddle in area's which matter. Sad if this pricing is the real deal.
Flagship going over 1000 Euros rocking 8 MP low end sensor used in low end cheap phones. OnePlus used it last year when it was already a pretty low end sensor and they using it this year. OnePlus really knows how to cut corners, yet giving biggest prices jump for least upgraded camera setup.
OP8 = 835 euros
DDR4x ram, no sd slot, no IP rating, no "zoom" camera, no Qi charging, only 402ppi.
Probably rear must be old gorilla5.
Crazy pricing. Also wonder whether low priced flagships are feasible anymore what with the SD 865's complicated discrete modem. Till Qualcomm arrives with a more sensible upgrade to the 8xx processors, it might pay for OP, Xiaomi and the like to stick with the 855 non 5G models for 2020.
One+ rose to fame primarily due to its price tag and playing that card in price conscious market of India.
With this price it's better to go for an established brand.
'WHY SETTLE' for a OPPO VIVO REALME sibling. I was never a fan of OPPO VIVO One+ from day one it launched. This pricing strategy of theirs proves what they really are.
If price conscious Indians stop buying one+ at this price tag, it will surely be a big setback for brand.
Moreover, iphone SE (2020) and Pixel 4a are on its way with much sane pricing.
THE YEAR OF OUR LORD 2020 marks the DEATH of Flagship Killer.
One Plus now more expensive than a Full fledged LG actual Flagship. Never thought I'll live to see the day.
The should make the plus pro max ultra premium super duper hyper car version
