ponk87, 14 Apr 2020The irony of your usernameNothing ironic about it.
1020 Euros for top memory variant, considering it used two old sensors and specially that 8MP telephoto which is used in cheap phones, really does not makes sense thinking about the price, it should be 800 Euros at very best.
Anonymous, 14 Apr 2020All flagships SoCs have more than enough power to run everything today. It doesn't matter if i... morebetter hardware? speaking of the 8 pro, I havent heard other phones having memc chip other than find x2 series, faster wireless charging except for Huawei p40 series, better main image sensor except for find x2 pro and p40 series
Anonymous, 14 Apr 2020OP8 is not S20 competitor, it's more of a Lite version like P40 Lite8 pro is a direct competitor of s20+ though
if the revealed price is real then i going to be flopped device.
Well it's have ip rating now and with wireless charging support and 120hz with qhd+ display, can't blame them for price
notafanboy, 14 Apr 2020Then buy crap Samsung with Exynos and enjoy inferior performance. The irony of your username
Ellio74, 14 Apr 2020At this price, speed is not enough to be a flagship, as they like to advertise everywhere, we ... moreQuote, "IP certification"
You may not be aware, but according to the leaked info, the OnePlus 8 Pro is certified as IP68 (the non-Pro hasn't been certified).
Is gsma posting review today of both or just the Pro.
what happened to OnePlus suddenly
i like their phones but these are overpriced
OnePlus needs to remember that they are Chinese company not American or European
That's $1130 .....
notafanboy, 14 Apr 2020Then buy crap Samsung with Exynos and enjoy inferior performance. All flagships SoCs have more than enough power to run everything today. It doesn't matter if it's an Exynos, Kirin 990, SD865 or even a Dimensity 1000. The smooth excuse from OnePlus is no more enough justification to their prices as now those phones cost the same than the most expensive flagships with inferior hardware despite de SoC. Competitors alternatives offer a better hardware and value for the money. Better cameras, more hardware features, even more in software and after sales warranty with physical stores everywhere.
Their Never Settle has now revealed its true face. Never Settle in prices!!!
i will rather choose zte red magic 5g for $579 - $30 voucher. a big step from ZTE and i think it has a better specs than oneplus 8 pro
That's expensive, even for non Pro version. S20+ Exynos is just $790 in my country. Even Huawei P40 Pro is just $850. :/
Unfortunately still curved screen so that means less sales, flatter screen the better. Samsung has learned this.
