Another problem is like you stated that parents let the phones / pads be a babysitter which they should not be!!!

This is the problem - everyone can download and play the game even 5-year-old children without any regulations and proof that they are really 13+ they just have to check with single tap the freaking claim like those ones in Clash of Clans and many other games and just play. Legally the company doesn't have fault (because all have claimed that are responsible to play) but it's 100% immoral and actually must be illegal too because one child of age of 5, 8 or 11 years doesn't have the responsibility for claiming anything (both legally or mentally)!!! The parents also have fault is such situations because they have that responsibility for their children but toleerating such companies is more than unacceptable in the demoocratic world...

In some cities, regions and even whole countries the game is already banned due such tragedies... Last case here was with an 11-year-old boy searching the freaking Pokémons on a rails and a train literally have smashed it and cut his cooorpse into pieces... I was terrified, there was an image of his separately lying meats on the rails, I wasn't able to sleep all night!!! Please take my words seriously and let save our children from that terrooorist's game!!!
