iPhone 7 and 8 were underwhelming phones, to be honest. I disliked those phones. They had poor quality cameras and their build quality is meh.

I was glad that the XR and XS (not iPhone X) upped the game a lot, with significantly better chipset, cameras, maybe not design. The 11 series improved what already is a respectable phone.

The SE 2020 is probably going to be a flop. The iPhone 7 and 8, again, was a poorly made phone in my opinion, so I don't think the SE will cut through.

So, if iPhone SE is an upgraded iPhone 8, why is cheaper than 8? That means Apple could sell iPhone 8 bellow $350 at first time.

I appreciate this as a smart move on Apple's side.

            - No point in flooding the market with 'unwanted innumerable' choices and end up having confused buyers.
            - being confident of the available product performance
            - by reducing electronic waste, doing a great job for green environment.

OnePlus is trying to follow the lines similar to Apple and that's one of the reasons for their success , even if they don't sell in volumes. I am not OnePlus fan, but something good has to be appreciated.

Today we see OPPO VIVO REALME (OnePlus siblings) and others are flooding up market with more or less similar products with different names. It's not that they are catering to every buyers choice, but in reality they are not confident of buyers choice and absolutely not confident about the product.

A company which knows what they have done will never give multiple choices and will present only few options to convince the buyers ( rather than confusing them).

            It's a good move.
