jakov1, 19 Apr 2020You sure about that, chief? yup, those are maximum retail price (MRP)
Lol the OnePlus 8 is 900$ cheaper than the S20 ultra 1399.99999$
For who don't care about cameras like me 0% this is an amazing deal considering the oxygen os is better than the one UI . Even the miui 11.0.6 in my phone is much better
This is the exactly the price I wanted, I am for sure gonna get a OnePlus 8

The $550 asking price for the SE 64GB in India looks like a really bad joke .

jakov1, 19 Apr 2020You sure about that, chief? Can confirm, the Indian prices are indeed inclusive of taxes. Cannot confirm about the US or EU prices though.
OnePlus... Have come through in spades... Good pricing... Infact very good. That 12 / 256 GB Pro beast will be mine by June / July (fingers crossed) ... If only Oppo price that Find X2 Pro on a similar scale... There will be a fight for market domination...
Actually the difference in price is because of 5g, here in india there is no 5g.
In india
Oneplus 8 =Rs 42000= iphone SE (2019)
Us
Oneplus 8 =$699 > $399 = Iphone SE (2019)

The new apple SE going for ~$540 in India being one example.

prices in India and China are low because they don't want to lose these markets(these markets are very cost sensitive) and this is gonna hurt their finances. With USA and Europe they are still experimenting and they want to provide these countries value for money too but I think somethings didn't go well with them this year. Expect some corrections with Oneplus 9 next year.
This demostrate how overpriced are them in other markets. So for USA and European citizens the answer must be strong and ignore OnePlus, don't buy!!! At the end even if later they drop their prices we will still have better alternatives at those prices like now. We are not fool and blind watching this scam to USA and European citizens. Boycott to OnePlus 8 and OnePlus 8 Pro, also to Mi 10 and Mi 10 Pro. Or even the whole brand maybe next year they'll stop trying to scam us.
I'm very suspicious about the pricing!
First of all why is there a difference of 3K between 6GB and 8GB variant.
Second how is there a 6GB variant there was no information about it in the launch!
Londoner2018, 19 Apr 2020Hello,
Do you know any trustworthy sites to order from China or India.
Thanks In India you've got Amazon to trust. It gets easier If you have Amazon in your country.
For China, I wouldn't trust China itself, let alone their online sellers.
You can buy from AliExpress but I'll suggest you to do that with extreme cautions.
Whackcar, 19 Apr 2020It seems OnePlus's drastic price increase is only limited to North America & Europe. That ... moreThat's not right.
Samsung s20 is 799$ in US with warranty.
If you talk about the initial/preorder price then you also need to keep in mind that with pre-order, Samsung always gives 100-200 dollars worth of accessory/accessories.
During presentation ONEPLUS claimed it was leader in Indian premium smartphone segment which is true and believe it or not India has a great role in making ONEPLUS what it is today.
Oneplus cannot lose India even for a year, I think the pricing is very aggressive and it is gonna hurt Oneplus finances but they are themselves to blame. They should have invested in an industry leading display, 90hz display would have been just fine. They should have saved money here and the price would have been much lower or should have invested this saved amount for an even better camera system. I think this would have been a better approach.
Anyway win-win for India( I'd say for China too but they have Huawei and many more but too an extent they would be happy too with the pricing)
719 dollar for Oneplus 8 pro is a pretty good deal hoping India gets out of this COVID-19 problem asap.
I love the pricing, so positive as compared to apple india
No Fan Boy...!, 19 Apr 2020And don't forget, this Indian prices are including taxes...unlike USA and Europe where taxes a... moreYou sure about that, chief?
