They're most likley getting the same pofit margin as the mobile division for whichever phone they're selling.

Since samsung produces the UFS storage, putting 128 instead of 256 would lower the production cost by... 10€ or even less? Maybe 15, 100% no more than 20€. This represents around ir less than 1% of the price
