who does need 600mp on daily use? nobody.. focus on better battery and software stability
So, it will resolve more details that human eye can see.
But Samsung noise reduction will make sure the photos have same amount of details of a 9MP photos.
Problem solved .....

600MP + 20x digital zoom = 1,5MP equivalent quality.
Then they can have 520mm FL photo with quality of 1,5MP instead of using periscope with tiny 8MP 1/3.6" like Huawei.
P40 Pro+ will have 2MP equivalent at 500mm.
They can decrease costs and keep high profits.

Can Samsung please focus on providing better battery... moreTo have 3 days of battery life with heavy usage is unachievable with Li-Po or Li-Ions we got now.
Also no company has done that yet.
And no using the phone for 1 hour every day and then not using it again for the rest is not 3 days battery. 3 days battery would be 15-20 hours of screen time

Some of my friends who have PhD in engineering think that higher megapixel means better photo and they always bought phone with higher megapixel camera. No wonder Samsung understands what sells.
If it resolves more detail than humanly perceptible how will anyone know if it's working properly or not?
We don't need megapixels. Smartphone manufacturers should just concentrate on increasing the sensor size on some these camera modules.
Bigger the sensor the better the low light performance. The Sony IMX700 sensor is a game changer right now

It's difficult to mass produce it. Once that's is sorted I bet in the next 2 years it will be in smartphones and all around us.

Im not a photographer so i really dont want to bring a camera with me all the time, not in a fanny pack.
I dont want to have to bring plenty of different cables and chargers for different devices. If only i could ditch my laptop too.
