It would be interesting to see what percentage of people in the USA are willing to switch from other carriers to Verizon just for an overpriced phone. I'm betting it's a pretty low number. I would be quite surprised if Moto's gamble on Big Red's exclusivity pays off considering the price, Moto's reduced user recognition, and other specs that would make this phone a non-starter even if we were on Verizon.

I hope that the rumours about the updates are not true. Who writes these anyway? Moto offered 2 years of updates, even in midrange segment. Nothing else to complain , this phone has it all

Q, 22 Apr 2020I agree, only hole punch is in the wrong place :(That is an opinion. I think corners are better than center top. When watching media in landscape mode, the corner holes are least noticeable. Centered one like the S20 series is more noticeable.
I do wish someone develops the Under-Display camera for mass production, so we don't have to see any holes at all.

$1000 for one major android update? Plus, for the same price, there are phones with better specs out there. They may have to rethink their marketing strategy.

Bulbul, 22 Apr 2020Lol moto! Price is very much higher than other Competitive devic, we would buy one plus 8pro. It's only 100$ more than the OnePlus 8 Pro and you get a headphone jack, microSD slot, better camera, better design, smaller form factor, Moto Actions, pure Android and better battery.
I think it's priced decently.

From what i can see, the Edge+ has a complete specsheet. Not one thing missing. SD slot, 3.5 mm jack, wireless charging, water resistance (assumed), and everything else.
Price could've been more competitive, but even as it is, it seems like one of the better flagships released this year.
