No! It is very expensive at 530 Euro for the 128GB version. I put 170 Euro and got the S20 with Snapdragon, which is much better even than the iPhone 11. Actually SE is a very bad deal considering you can get the iPhone 11 for 740 Euro, 200 Euro more. I really cannot imagine what sort of people buy it. Maybe just for children or as a second business phone to make calls.

Only concern which makes it a big no no is battery size and charger brick in the box,even 100$ Android come with fastcharger and heafty battery.
We want a budget iPhone,not a 3 year old design.

tl:dr apple products are overpriced but aren't most phones overpriced?
i can see why people are hating on apple, they overprice their phones because they know that people will buy them because they're apple products, so they lash out on their phones, calling them crap, but they're really not. sure, they're overpriced, but so are galaxy s phones. the s20 ultra 5g is $1,399 for the 128GB model, while the iphone 11 pro max is $1249 for 256GB. COME ON PEOPLE!!!! how are you not noticing these things. the ultra 5g runs on a octa core 1x2.84 ghz 3x 2.42 ghz 4x 1.8 ghz POWERHOUSE of a cpu, and apple is still almost on par with only 6 core 2 x 2.65 ghz 4x 1.8 ghz cpu which in theory should be WAY LESS POWERFUL. but it's not WAY LESS POWERFUL is it? no it's only a little less powerful than the snapdragon. why? because apple is efficient, and makes them at a higher quality (and the fact that snapdragon refuses to put more cache memory in their processors). that's why people should quit hating on apple and start looking at the facts. most phones are overpriced, it's inevitable. WE can't decide the prices of phones and that's that.
also those of you who are about to respond saying "NOBODY CARES APPLE SUCKS" please go rethink your life, getting rebuted by a 15 year old. go take a hike, you babies.
and those of you about to say "oh you're only 15 nobody cares what you think" you too need to go rethink your life. i'm making better points that 99.9% of you 30 year olds would.
i really can't tell the difference between 30 year olds and 2 year olds these days.

Plenty of other unbiased YouTubers confirm pixel 4, s10 and iPhone 11 pro on par for camera performance with each having victories in individual categories. Mate 30 pro slightly ahead.
Besides, Gsmarena testing proved the same.
Also, stop reading reviews that were immediately done after launch. The s10 is now over a year old. Camera & battery performance improved drastically after several updates especially after OneUi 2.1 update.

IPhon... moreSimmilar camera performance? Seriously? You clearly have not seen the verge reviews about the iPhone's camera. They even give side-by-side comparisons(just a suggestion, NOT a promotion). Sure, they perform simmilar in well-lit situations, but when you zoom in, you can clearly see a difference. Also, in trickier situations, iPhone generally performs better.
First of all, yeah, I figured you are the person who really likes to tinker with videos. Alright then. But if you see any type of side-by-side video comparison, people say iPhone is the winner, by a large margin(of course, your personal preferences). I'm also surprised that having no super-slo-mo is a dealbreaker?

Several ppl and high end businesses ran on Intel (with those vulnerabilities) for years.
They didn't suffer since unless a group of hackers personally targetted them exploiting that security hole, they were safe.
The probability of someone targeting an average user is 0.000001%.
This is why security patches for the average user are extremely overrated.

No it doesn’t, but hey you also said... moreDuh, the camera performance in photos is on par with iPhone 11 pro. If you don't believe it, that's your problem. Mate 30 pro has slight edge compared to s10, iPhone 11 pro, Pixel 4.
And yeah, ROG 2 with gcam has transformed that camera.
You do realize that pixel 4 with single 1/2.3" sensor outperformed some of the other bigger sensors on the market via Google image processing.
Why do you have a problem believing a fully functional gcam can't transform 1/2" IMX 586 on ROG 2?
Plus after several updates and one ui 2.1, plenty of features from S20 have trickled down to S10 series, camera and battery has improved as well.
Just because you don't have 960fps super slow motion on your iPhone, doesn't mean it's a gimmick.
I bet you think split screen multitasking is also a gimmick.
Conclusion : both ROG 2/S10 are excellent and I got my money's worth.
In my country, iPhone 11 pro costs twice that of s10. Why would anyone buy that for slightly better video recording and handicapped ecosystem?

No it doesn’t, but hey you also said that rog 2 have good camera :D so you clearly can’t see or understand those small difference which makes some photos lot better.
Also the fact that you mentioned that super slow mo gimmick just shows where you are coming. Quality with super low res video is pure crap, it’s very soft and blurry

Why increase the price for no reason? As we all know, compact phones have a very small market share these days, so if Apple really did redesign the phone and price it at $500+, people wouldn't appreciate it very much. Apple have no reason to risk it.

Or are you only paying $400 for the c... moreGive me names of similar Android phones that are compact aren't made by Chinese companies, have 2+ years updates and are very compact. I know people are saying Samsung S10e but I don't think it has 2+ years update at this point. And I personally just can't stand notches. This is why I am still stuck on S9, because I can't find another Android phone to replace it yet. God knows what phone I'll buy in the future if there are no compact phones on the market any more...
FYI, my parents' iPhone 6s is still receiving update, and that phone is more than 4 years old.

My S10 gives similar camera performance in photos.
IPhone only have small advantage in video recording but that is quickly negated by lack of super slow motion recording, lack of pro mode in video, etc.
Besides, I am not switching to a handicapped ecosystem like iOS.
Huawei gives good camera but the lack of bootloader unlocking and fully functional Google Play services is a dealbreaker for me.

Besides, Didn't you read my post about gcam transforming this camera? Difference is huge.
I am using it as daily driver pal. While all you can do is hate.
In my country, it destroyed the OnePlus 7T pro even before launch.
Besides, no flagship in 2019 provided 120hz premium display.

And they are more reliable th... moreYo, but if you really care about smartphone specs, then you should care about software specs. Software specs on iPhone after 5 years of use is way superior to software specs on androids with 1 year, 2 years, or even 3 years of software updates.
"lack of security patches don't affect you in the real world". AHA, I saw that you mentioned the CHIPSETS, not the ACTUAL SOFTWARE. And like I said, android is giving hackers more time and space to actually develop proper attacks on older versions, due to lack of support. Meanwhile, most families keep their smartphones 5 years max, then switch, so hackers don't have an incentive.
Plus, apple isn't marketing their support for software. They just have it, and people are happy about it.

Camera is far from horrible.
Gcam gives me same picture quality as my s10 in 97% of the conditions and works on both cameras.
Video is also superb with great stabilization despite the lack of OIS.
I switched from S10 to ROG 2 as daily driver for its
1) outstanding battery life with faster Charging.
2) Premium 120hz screen (wasn't able to go back to 60hz on s10).
3) Best in class performance without throttling issues that plague other flagships with faster ufs 3.0 storage and better RAM management than s10.
4) Default Zen Ui is also much faster than One ui, almost close to OnePlus Oxygen OS
(although I am using Custom ROM).
5) Superior stereo speakers with great quality and output.
6) Multiple mics and WiFi antennas for uninterrupted network performance and great signal reception and quality over LTE as well.
7) Head turning looks especially when in its full glory complete with RGB. Never had so many people ask me, What phone is that? My s10 pretty much went unnoticed.
I Only use S10 when I am on a vacation where I need the best camera on my hands or when I need some waterproofing like by the poolside.
