Anonymous, 26 Apr 2020Pixel 3a?It already lost a year of software support and was already short on that. Plus, it has a weak SoC compared to the SE.

ofc not, a little for not little
I feel like I am a stupid person if I buy this iphone. I prefer iphone 11 pro or rather realme x2 pro
JDK, 26 Apr 2020Any of you guys who vote "Look at those bezels! No." has clearly not used a 2013 phone before."Shall I compare thee to a" Nokia 3210 from 1999?
:-)
BeObjective, 26 Apr 2020My take on iPhone SE. You should buy it only if you really don't care what are you getting for... moreHave you considered that people want a small phone, has a powerful CPU, that has 2 years+ update?
And you are kidding yourself if you think performance doesn't matter - even as an Android fan, you can't deny that everything on iOS, including browsing, feels snappier. Qualcomm can't compete with Apple and that's the truth. I kind of laughed when you said S10e is "powerful". Check the benchmark of this phone on Anandtech.

I just dont understand people Logic
Yeah we got a powerfull cPU
-cool for you but for what you gonna use it ? Gaming lol on a small screen hd with low battery ??
Yourube ?? Facebook ??
-yes everyone want a small phone but not a jugé bezzel tint screen
Personally I find the 128gb iPhone 11 the best value of the Apple iPhone lineup
750 gets you a great all round phone with all the bases covered from battery , power , camera , video and software
It’s also around 450 cheaper than an s20 ultra with crappy exynos chipset and that 450 could buy a series 3 smart watch and airpod pros
Apple have some really good choices now for all budgets
Don't even like iOS but I'm buying this for my parents. A small phone with the best CPU on the market, under $400, not from a Chinese company and with guaranteed 2 years+ support? You know what, people like to say Android is all about choice, but I don't see any Android phone that fits in these criteria.
My real problem with this phone is the screen size, after using a 6.9" screen phone it impossible for me to go below 6.5".
Also knowing that the phone only exists to get rid of an old stock of the single rear camera iPhone 8 components is another deal breaker for me.

Anonymous, 26 Apr 2020We used 2013 phone in a year 2013 and not looking new phones that are from 2013In 2013 I was using a phone from 2006 (n73).
It was in 2013 I decided to get a phone from 2013 (Lumia 520).
True story. :-D

1) 16:9 is NOT the same as 20:9. And 4.7inch HD IPS LCD is not the same as 6.5+ inch 1080p HDR10 OLED.
2) Wired "3.5mm" headphones. The kind where you don't have to purchase a dongle and a wireless charger. People are on a budget, and wireless charger is inconvenient and slow for many.
3) Gaming on $400-$500 phone.
Gaming on a small screen with big bezels, vs a big screen with small bezels? Most would choose the latter unless the phone is ROG 2 which actually makes use of the bezels to provide immersive stereo audio. While costing about $500.
1821 mAh battery will last long on standby due to iOS optimizations but will degrade like crazy in a gaming session. I have seen it happen plenty on times will pre-iPhone Xs iPhones. Anyone who believes otherwise is high on Apple's Kool-aid.

People still aren't like you and need every single spec for the price.
They need good software updates, good image proccesing, maybe good battery life, and a cheap price.
And past 2020, we will have AR and VR, no more smartphones.

And the iPhone SE does that. I don't think this phone was meant to be innovative, it was meant to be a good general phone for most people. Yes, androids provide better spec/value to money ratio, but most people don't care about specs.
My reasons for not getting it are not on the options.
Display and battery
And well, the ios
Great price but still....
Anonymous, 26 Apr 2020Wireless charging?! At 5w speed?! Good. Same time with My 4000 on 20w, or more. the thing is, A13 is really good at battery management. Small battery capacity doesn't mean bad battery life.
Im not hating on apple for releasing a 2017 product with an improved processor. What i hate is the basic price of 400 and the reviewers and vloggers saying its a revolutionary product that will shake the mobile industry (ahemmmm Dave Lee)
Compared to a lot of $400(or less) phones, to say that its the best budget to midrange mobile right now is just plain ignorance. Reviewers are also always criticizing other mobile for their look and yet when an old phone with that fruit logo came out they said oh its the best product and what fans are waiting for and its nostalgia.
I guess if people want to buy it then its their money.
Is it shaking the mobile industry - hell no, its taking us 3 big steps backwards. Other manufacturers are outsmarting each other trying to sell us new innovations - useful or not, gimicky or whatnot, while apple doesnt even sell 5G phones yet.
Anonymous, 26 Apr 2020Wireless charging?! At 5w speed?! Good. Same time with My 4000 on 20w, or more. Imagine charging it and watch that it consumes more power than the wireless charger can provide while watching videos or doing something. And who know if wired too. LOL
If this phones is, for some reason, the best seller from Apple in 2020. They'll have a big problem in the future, that's for sure due to how their customers have changed today.
Anyways, whatever true flagship from last year at the same price is a lot better purchase. But obviously they'll try to brainwash their flock to try to avoid them to change and purchase a superior phone with Android at the same price. As a lot of great ones are available today at the same price that this small junk cost in the majority of countries.
