Screen burn ins are mostly defects or user problems nowadays and if it was because of the tech everyone would have a screen burn-in on their OLED phones. Apparently thats not the case because at least some people know how to use a phone

I think like punch holes and notches, OLED technology is just a temporary solution until more advanced LCD technology is available, I mean there must be a reason why Samsung aren't using OLED in their Smart Tvs.

People are making a bigger deal it of it than what it really is.
The same problem was present on S20 Ultra, and they fixed it with a software update. OnePlus will do the same.
