Retina display, butterfly and now magic keyboard and the best is courage (lack of headphone jack). While I am citing Apple, most consumer gadgets are now coming down to trying to sell you the idea that their water is wetter than their competitor's water and calling it waterer.

Fearghast, 25 Apr 2020Only 4 300 000 : 1 contrast? Not even infinity : 1? What a boring fail... It is not infinity:1
It is any number (max brightness):0

Anything divided by zero is infinity. Having infinite ratio dos not always mean good brightness. It just meant that the lowest brightness a pixel can get is zero, because oled can actually off the pixel itself.

Anonymous, 25 Apr 2020Name three.1)Low contrast

Fixed by dual cell LCD technology

2)Blooming

Also fixed by dual cell

3) lower viewing angle

Va panels

4) flexibility
Adding plastic substrate (also known as OLCD)

And I can keep going with blue LCD (having quantum dots at the front of the display for color conversion,), micro led backlight

It's just buzz from most reviewers to put oled on a pedestal

And consumers love to emotionally eat numbers so even though this "infinite" contrast is not perceivable they want it...

Just like iPhone users abionic chip used to scroll Instagram
