jtrogr, 30 Apr 2020The Galaxy A51 is a cheaper and better phone.If you want fast processing and tele camera, better audio and battery life, not really. Well there are multiple options even at 400. Power aside, you can get better design and more cameras even at 49euro.

I take the much bigger and better screen, a more versatile OS, better battery overall over some one-time daily stutter. And all of this for 30% less the price.

I did my math and 4.7 16/9 display has Width 104.05mm and Height 58.53 mm (in landscape mode). So it could be in fact be fit in in phone as tall as old SE (123mm) and as wide as this SE (67mm) and still have reasonable bezels (about 9mm at top and 9 mm at bottom, and 4mm for each side) to grip, for those who keep their complaints about bezelless phones.
And touch id could be made as rectangle (to be wide enough) instead circle and could use swipes.
Now that would be actually a compact phone.

mid-range without competition in iOS: SE, android midrange: X2 pro. You can cry or laugh, depends what OS are you fan of.

The battery test will probably indicate a poor battery life for 2020.

I Hope in the full review they don't mention 2 points in cons section: A small 4.7" display & single 12mp camera in 2020.
And will hate if they don't criticise battery, resolution, 3.5mm jack, bezels.

In most of Europe it goes up to 550$ f... moreExchange rates aside, 399 USD is BEFORE sales taxes, the European prices is AFTER sales taxes. As usual, the product is slightly more expensive in Europe, but not that much considering sales taxes make the main difference.
