No need to save card details etc. Google for "UPI payments:. Just need to install UPI based apps like BHIM (By government of india, GPay (By google) or WhatsApp pay or x or y or z. These apps just needs to scan or enter unique UPI ID of receiver and send money directly from & to bank accounts (Not third party wallets). In this case, Both iOS & Android are treated as same in india.
I don't care about updates anymore. As long as your phone works fast enough and you don't have any compatibility issues you can keep your current phone. I'm using S6 Edge. Works good.

Look at Samsung J2 Core 2020 still using Android 8 Go. Specs are also recycled and the looks are from 10 years ago. Well done Nokia.

I wanted to try that when I bought the Sony Xperia M4 Aqua. Coming from a 3 year old iPhone 5, the Sony mid range was utter shit in comparison. If you go with Android, I‘d rather buy an older high end phone with good custom ROM support, like a Google Pixel or such. If you have information like credit cards or so on your phone, I‘d go with an iPhone, or at least use a secondary iPhone with Find My turned on for mobile payment. Or a credit card ...
Samsung Kingkong, 30 Apr 2020Nokia 1 is getting android 10 and the samsung won't let the Note8 to get android 10. Wow..My Samsung A20e, a 200EUR low-end smartphone, has received Android 10 update with One UI 2.0 on top. And is working without any issues. Just because is a 2019 phone. It will never receive Android 11, but I am ok with this situation. I will sell it in couple of months with 100EUR, put another 100EUR and get the A21/A31, or something similar from 2020, and I will have Android 11 until 2022. And so on.
So, the problem is not with the manufacturer or how powerful is the phone, is with how old the device is. That is why Android flagship phones are useless. Expensive and after 2 years you will need to change them if you want to keep with the latest updates. Not to mention, you loose more money in this process.
Samsung Kingkong, 30 Apr 2020Nokia 1 is getting android 10 and the samsung won't let the Note8 to get android 10. Wow..HMD is also not updating the Nokia 8, while updating Nokia 8 Sirocco, a device with same specs, just 4 months younger.
So don't give them any credit, they simply give 2 big updates and nothing more, just like everyone else.
Nokia 1 is getting android 10 and the samsung won't let the Note8 to get android 10. Wow..
