No Fan Boy...!, 08 May 2020Where i live...i can't even see more than 10 stars...let alone milky way...!
And i don't thin... moreWhen people living far away from the city's light pollution say they can see our Milky Way galaxy on a clear night on a new moon, with their naked eyes, they are referring to being able to see our Milky Way galaxy's galactic core/galactic center which looks like a cloud - nebula of stars.
You can search photos of it in google photos. Again it's darker to the naked eye than what the photos show. You won't see much of it in cities due to light pollution unless there is total city blackout, and the sky is clear (not cloudy), on a new moon.
AnonD-909757, 08 May 2020Well yes, but here it is question to see the Galaxy itself, first, you must realize that our n... moreQuote, "If we could see Andromeda, we would see that..."
I tell you, Andromeda is so significant. It's impact on us Earthlings shall be mightily galactic when Andromeda is witnessed first-hand for the very first time. Andromeda is set to alter our perception of reality, for it is truly inspirational. Observing Andromeda shall instantaneously revolutionise our lives in a way nothing else has. Andromeda is ever so awe-inspiring that even the faithful from the distant Galaxy S20 shall be totally smitten.
But alas, only if the Andromeda would Surface from beyond the dark matter, shall its wondrous magnificence be an interstellar Windows to the eerily dark sky at night.
Quote, "Here is a[n] exposure picture of Andromeda"
In spite of the potentially massive impact of the collision of Andromeda onto Earth, Andromeda has been very difficult to observe. For now Andromeda is concealed from us, firmly hidden away from prying eyes, in the jacket pocket of none other than Panos Panay.
Quote, "Oh, and on that note, apparently the handset will have Starry Mode, a feature that should help you capture shots of the Milky Way."
Oh whoopee, I'm like big deal. I can already take photos of celestial bodies, not limited to, Mars, Galaxy, Milky Way, Starburst, Orbit.
[If you haven't already guessed by now, I have a sweet tooth, the aforementioned are confectionery products found in my locked pedestal drawer - no sharing at all. Hmm, yummy.]
123, 08 May 2020How much optical zoom? That is what i ask myself. They seems hiding it on purpose for now, but is what i want to know.
probably a 4x or 5x lens, not like the p40 pro plus. now that is really super zoom.
How much optical zoom?
Anonymous, 08 May 2020And that SuperZoom how much optical zoom have? Because that is what matter... to reach XX zoom... moreI was wondering the same thing. There is no mention of optical zoom lol.
if it would be affordable than i can take into consideration to buy.
Anonymous, 08 May 2020Pretty sure people are going to complain about the lack of a SD 865, which doesn't make sense.... moreAlso it'll be around 150-200$/15-20k INR cheaper just because of that
60× Digital Zoom
just like
Vivo x30 pro
&
Oppo Reno 10× zoom
Where i live...i can't even see more than 10 stars...let alone milky way...!
And i don't think it's milky way...because earth is inside milky way...i think they must be trying to say Nebula (giant cluster of stars)...!
PlayerDead, 08 May 2020Isn't Earth in the Milky Way? Doesn't that every picture we take is in the Milky Way?Well yes, but here it is question to see the Galaxy itself, first, you must realize that our night sky have a really limited range, you don't see any galaxy with your naked eye, you only see stars quite close actually relative to the size of the Milky Way, here is a Quora post with great answers about this :
https://www.quora.com/Are-most-of-the-stars-visible-with-the-naked-eye-in-the-same-arm-of-the-Milky-way-as-our-solar-system
We don't know the exact shape or size of the Milky Way, because we can't see it from outside, but there is something we can see, its center, well, not directly, but we can still have a glimpse at it because of all the light it emit.
Basically this is what we can see with no parasite light and a camera with a long enough exposure time :

Or this to give you a better estimate, you might recognize it :
https://petapixel.com/assets/uploads/2015/04/EYECAMERACOMPARE.jpg
What if I told you that our big neighbor, the Andromeda Galaxy appear bigger than the full moon in the sky ?
You'll probably say that you don't recall anything of that sort, and it is simply because, even if it is relatively big enough, there isn't enough light to allow our eyes to see it, even if it count billions of stars...
If we could see Andromeda, we would see that :

And when I talk about long exposure time, I am not joking here, this isn't about few seconds...
Here is a 2 hours exposure picture of Andromeda :

Source : https://www.reddit.com/r/space/comments/9i49gn/2_hour_exposure_of_andromeda_galaxy/
So what they talk about here is probably a mode to have a long exposure to make star and the center bulb of our galaxy more visible.
Probably aimed at Redmi K30 pro zoom ... !
PlayerDead, 08 May 2020Isn't Earth in the Milky Way? Doesn't that every picture we take is in the Milky Way?*MIND BLOWN* (・o・)
And that SuperZoom how much optical zoom have? Because that is what matter... to reach XX zoom with enough image quality... Too much publicity about the 60x zoom but zero about the optical zoom!!!
Pretty sure people are going to complain about the lack of a SD 865, which doesn't make sense. The 855+ is still plenty powerful and probably brings the cost down at the same time.
Isn't Earth in the Milky Way? Doesn't that every picture we take is in the Milky Way?
This company alongside with Meizu and tecno can shake up the smartphone industry... Of course. Along with Xiaomi Redmi.
