QJ, 12 Jun 2020Samsung a20 in Vietnam has not receive this update (android 10)Maybe you should the USA factory unlocked A20. I have it and have not received android 10 yet. Sick of waiting. This phone is going to be the very last to get android 10. Almost July now.

Android 10 is not the last major update for that phone. Android 11 is. Android 10 is the first major update to it.

I think the latest update is not recognized by windows 10..because when connected to windows10 pc via usb.nothing happens but charging even it is on file transfer mode
