Other Chinese midrangers have fully functional Google Play services with capabilities to unlock bootloader and get goodies like GCAM.

Please, Huawei, bring us a saturation slider.
The 8X I have has 2 profiles, one with too much saturation and one with way too little, they both look wrong and there's nothing you can do to make it look normal. I love the white balance slider, make one for saturation, too.
