at this price point they will compete with senn hd 4.50 and Sony wh 1000xm2 (or xm3 for $50 more). i hope they'll deliver good quality to justify the price

No graph of frequency response or noise cancelation, so expect about that much quality.
5 band EQ many use is almost useless, but that's the same for every brand.
May be better after someone test it so you can get better quality out of it, just for having a Jack it's worth something.
