Anders, 26 May 2020I wish they'd used LCD. Cheap Amoled pretty means guaranteed burn in.
High quality LCD over... moreI agree ,you can get high quality LCD for cheap
This is for sure a lower quality amoled
Burn in is pretty much guaranteed , people are going to play pubg with static images for hours to test the dimensity 820
Disaster bout to happen
All new 2020 Xiaomi phone are big in size and mostly have 9mm thinkness. It will make them heavier. Isn't Xiaomi able to make phones that are a little smaller?
There's no 6.1 and 6.3 inch variant with under 9mm thickness. Not all people like gigantic phone and so big battery that makes phone thicker. Fast charging technology already makes it easy to recharge low battery condition.
Look at Apple, Samsung, and Huawei. They make different size of their phone to make their costumer choose depend or their liking.
I wish they'd used LCD. Cheap Amoled pretty means guaranteed burn in.
High quality LCD over lower quality OLED anyday
AndroidMaster, 26 May 2020Android way superior compared to iOS.
Single camera on iPhone SE is garbage with no night m... moreLOL who in the right mind cares about mmWave 5G(the type of 5G that actually is faster compared to 4G) when it's 3 years away from being perfected?
And who cares about night mode when actual daytime shots are garbage compared to SE? And what about video?
Who cares about one handed mode when the rest of the phone is massive? it's not like the phone is somehow smaller?
IP53 is useless against any actual rain.
Fine, if you have to be so picky about phones mostly having 5.5 inch screens in 2016, then what about 2013? 2007? All those phones had small screens. You say you couldn't browse anything at all with that screen? You say you couldn't watch videos on those screens? Heck, you say that 4.7 inch screens is for midgets when you probably have used a feature phone with a 2 inch display before? So your the midget now?
Who in the right mind needs fast charging when there is something called charging your phone overnight and being conservative? I never needed fast charging once in my life.
The redmi 10X pro still has an LCD display, and why need "180hz" gimmicky touch sampling rate? You can use a phone perfectly without that sampling rate. The things that actually make a difference is OLED and high REFRESH rate, which none of these phones have.
And too bad if you can't go through an entire day with that battery. Cause all of those phones during 2007 and before all have smaller batteries. Good luck even using a phone.
First Xiaomi phone with IP rating... And it's IP53 :D So literally the worst rating it could get, I don't think any phone ever recieved less than that, the lower numbers are usually for large machinery
Having an OLED screen doesn't mean to have on display fingerprint. If it a budget or midrange it Will be like a gimming with slow unlock. Use side fingerprint sensor instead, and hole Punch display won't you Xiaomi Redmi?
But, MediaTek (again), cheated with this "Dimensity" SoCs in benchmarks like Antutu and Geekbench. :(
Alex 94, 26 May 2020Don't speak lies. Redmi 10x 4g 4/128gb is 140$ in china, but in Europe is 200$, with 3/64 gb. ... moreYep, thats ture, because Redmi 10x (4g), is Redmi Note 9 (global ver), and sure, it's about.. 180 euros now.. MediaTek, plastic fantastic, mediocre screen (for the price), brightness, also. Yes thats base version 3/64GB.. So, it's no wonder, why it costs about 120 euros (140$), in China.. For week or two, it will be 110$..
I think (for similar price, or 20 euros, more) really, better choice is Redmi Note 9s, more advanced SoC (8nm), Qualcomm SD720G, glass back, better (brighter) screen, simetrical hole punch in the middle.. Or even better Note 9 Pro, with 64mp camera, and 33.5W charger in the box, for 250 euros..
Alex 94, 26 May 2020Don't speak lies. Redmi 10x 4g 4/128gb is 140$ in china, but in Europe is 200$, with 3/64 gb. ... moreYeah, don't mind him... I've seen him everywhere in comments section speaking rubbish... Every Brands loot customers in EU even when they sell the same products that are value for money in asia, but in EU they become steal people's money.. Lol
Alex 94, 26 May 2020Don't speak lies. Redmi 10x 4g 4/128gb is 140$ in china, but in Europe is 200$, with 3/64 gb. ... moreMan thats not a lie but truth.
Genuinely same specced and looking phone like this redmi from brands like Apple Samsung Sony LG or HTC will cost far beyound 500 bucks. Where redmi will still sell for 300.
Thats truth not lie as you said.
CptPower, 26 May 2020In europe the price will be close to the china price. Xiaomi dont rob its customers like Sam... moreDon't speak lies. Redmi 10x 4g 4/128gb is 140$ in china, but in Europe is 200$, with 3/64 gb. This 10x 5g will be 300€ for sure.
Bit disappointed with this. Was hoping for RN9 Pro battery and screen size and a lower price point on the Pro. Might just wait for the Poco F2 Pro to come down in price a bit now
Alex 94, 26 May 2020Don't be so excited. That is price for China. In europe the price will be close to the china price.
Xiaomi dont rob its customers like Samsung, Aple, LG, Sony or HTC do where even the basic phone cost beyound believe.
AndroidMaster, 26 May 2020Oh hell yeah it is!
In the real world, it will match SD855 performance.
-cortex A76 in D8... morePerfomance from benchmark:
D800 < SD845 < D820 < D1000L < SD855 < SD855+ < D1000 < D1000+ < SD865
About power efficiency, the sorting is different.
Not sure if this was Redmi 10X 5G misidentified or the name "Redmi Note 10" actually appears on the TENAA entry
if samsung release it ..then the price will be $ 450 usd..
DrakeX, 26 May 2020I doubt Redmi 10X 5G and 10X Pro will release outside of China due to 5G midrangers being almo... moreThey could go to Europe. As the Redmi Note 5G and Redmi Note 5G Pro.
But the date of release? Q3 2020 of course.
As for South America, seems that Xiaomi might hold back to Q4 2020 when the 5G gets official on there.
cheapsk8, 26 May 2020It looks like the Redmi 10x 5G, Pro will later be sold as Redmi Note 10, Pro outside China. I ... moreI doubt Redmi 10X 5G and 10X Pro will release outside of China due to 5G midrangers being almost non existent outside of China and that there's Redmi Note 9S and 9 Pro. Those phones are strangely not present in China. Xiaomi's naming scheme may be screwed but normal people won't care as they only know the phones in their own region. I mean, they could've just stayed with the same model name but now us techies need to solve the puzzle.
8/128, 8/256 wish it was cheaper
