OP sold 2 million in India alone last year, that is greater than 1.5 million Sony sold world wide in 2019, let's say it is wrong and only reports 1/2 which makes it 3 mill. ... moreDon't be so sure. Sony has only sold 0.4 mil in the last quarter of 2019. OnePlus, when launching the OnePlus 6, has sold 1 million in 22 days ... I don't know the number now of OnePlus but I think this is more than Sony, unfortunately.
And with the move from Sony at this price, I was interested but they need to stop to take customers for granted, and these pseudo offer doesn't help them much, why some country get bonus and other get nothing and pay the same price ? And what price BTW ... Too high !

X5 II presumable costs around 900-1000€ at this point. Giving 350€-400€ Headphones free for 1000€ smartphone is too much for any company. Probably they might offer these headphones with their Xperia Pro which will costs around 1400-1500$

Do not expect lower price.
