HuaW3I Suxs, 03 Jun 2020Don't forget the lack of stereo speakers and 3.5mm headphones jack.I don't play loud audio on my phone, I'd much prefer they keep the high tech vibrating screen for phone calls. Only LG and Sony flagships come with headphone jacks these days.

Its the no.1 selling smart phone brand there + top 5 in many Asian countries. Plus Gmail, YouTube, Instagram, FB works fine from browsers too, in case you didn't know and if you want to use them, there's apkpure.

There are two things you can do 1) hack the phone to install GMS or 2) Not use Google. 1 can be done. 2 is the more preferable method used by over a billion people around the world.

Not having GMS is not a big deal. I am able to live with P40 pro without major issues. It really depends on what apps you use. Looking forward to replace my P40 pro with this!

Basically a splendid camera that can be used for sms and calls. That's about it...
This phone reminds me back on the WiiU days, great hardware, terrible software support and ends up being scraped

GSMArena, PLEASE test the newly added AI 50MP mode that has been added to P40 series with the recent update in the review. Apparently it is similar to Honor View 20's AI Ultra Clarity mode and does a significantly better job at resolving details compared to the 12.5MP or the regular 50MP mode. I'd like to see how it stacks up against S20 Ultra's 108MP and Mi 10 Pro's regular 27MP shots.

however no google services.
no future stable updates.not a everday phone for everyone.
anyway, apple and sammy has lots to learn from Huawei's camera department.

Again, repeating myself: no Gmail, no Maps, no Youtube, no Instagram, no Chrome, no Whatsapp, no Facebook....no buy. It's a fail. No person, no one in their right mind (except the Chinese) is gonna buy an Android without those apps. Period.
Even today i was in a big retail store with dozens of brand new smartphones and no one cared for Huawei smartphones like before the ban. P40, Mates etc people just looked at them and went on buy a samsung or an iPhone.
